  • Go to care.com and you can read a lot of ads to see what people charge/pay in your area. It really depends on where you live. GL

  • yep, you should expect to pay more for the one on one attention, you should consider her more a nanny and less a babysitter

  • Holy smokes, you ladies pay a lot more for daycare than I do. I live in a town of about 1200 an pay $80 a week for full time, which is 40 hrs a week.

  • It depends on a lot of factors. Is the sitter licensed? How many other kids are in the daycare? How old is your child? If licensed, figure at least $7-8 per hour, meals included. On the other hand, if the sitter is unlicensed and watches less than 4 kids, figure $4-7 per hour.

  • I live in a lager city and I pay for private inhome daycare for my son... we pay $30 for a full day if he went full time that would be about $150 per week....
A daycare center would cost about $250 for a full week for an infant

I would see if you county website has rates... and go from there
