7 year old's getting Cosmetic Surgery???

Omg! I'm in the business and this may sound strange but I have had several patients, all girls about this undergo this type of procedure. What do you think? Me personally if my daughter has issues with herself she can fix them when she can afford them and after she's grown amd oout of my house. But I'm fine with any adult getting plastc Surgery elective and not.

  • I think earpinning is understandable..other cosmetic surgeries like nose jobs, face lifts or whatever..yeah..that would be just ludicrous on a 7 year old.

  • I have no issues with a child who gets their ears pinned. It is far better to get it done at that age then wait til middle school or later when the children are extremely cruel and would THUMP the ears after surgery.
You aren't talking breast enhancement, nose job, etc. You are talking about the self esteem of a child who is getting called elephant ears, etc.

  • Kids have had their ears pinned for years! My step-grandfather 's were pinned when he was little. So, it's nothing new. It's just being made into a "big deal" now since plastic surgery has been so big in the media.

  • Honestly I probably would have done the same thing for my child....this bullying is hitting critical mass and ending in lots of suicides and sometimes murder....the fact of the matter is that people, not just children are cruel and if I could help prevent my child becoming another victim I will

  • I didn't look at the link. It's ear pinning? I think that's fine if it bothers the child.

  • Y'all take a walk in my cousin's shoes. My cousin's baby has had more surgeries in the last two years than Cher has in a lifetime. Here's a link to an article. Then tell HIM to wait til he could afford the cosmetic procedures. Love you, Ec and GBaby!
