  • Oh yea,I remember my hips going out and I couldnt walk. You should see a chiropractor the can help a lot!

  • Pretty normal. Your body releases a hormone called Relaxin that prepares you for labor. Afraid it'll only get worse till you deliver.

  • im 31 weeks, and i can hardly walk in the mornings, and if i rotate my leg in the air you can hear the bone grinding! its so bad!!

  • Yes, they hurt with both pregnancies, but I also have a very bad right hip which makes it worse.

  • Yes. Seeing a chiropractor (one that specializes in pregnancy or is certified in Webster or pregnancy chiropractics) can help a lot. Also, squats help me. I know it seems weird, but I do about 5 minutes of squats a day while pregnant to keep my hips loose and strong. Make sure you are wearing good shoes, using good body mechanics, and not crossing your legs when you sit.
