HOw long do your kids jeans last before they out grow them?

I bought dd about 8 pairs of jeans in september, I like to buy them so they fit with a bit of room, not tooo big as they look dumb if I get a size up) She has about 5 of them in the last 6 weeks are so that are looking a bit short! DD grows slow, so 8 months,is that pretty good? They look in great shape still, no holes or anything. I wash in cold and hand dry so they dont shrink or fade, that has helped alot!

Just curious as to how long jeans normaly last( NOT including getting any holes in them, thats not an issue for her)

  • 8 months is real good. I've got a 6 year old who outgrows jeans every 2-3 months.

  • My 2 year old needs new clothes every few months. I'm sure when he gets older he will do better than most kids because my hubby and I are both short. I can not be more thankful to have a sister who passes down my nephews old clothes. They grow out of them so quickly that they really do look brand new.

  • Since Christmas, my son has gone up 3 sizes! I'd love it if he could go 8 months between buying new jeans!! You're one lucky Mama!!
