What to serve with this stew?

I am having some vegan friends over and am serving a stew with kale, white beans, tomatoes, and fake italian sausage, along with bread from a local bakery. I think that's a perfect meal but I'm worried that if anyone doesn't like the stew, they won't really have anything to eat. Any ideas for something (prefereably easy) to serve alongside? Thanks!!

  • Grilled or sauteed asparagus, mushrooms and squash. But the meal sounds delish so I don't think you have any worries!!!

  • Vegan or Vegetarian? Vegans won't eat anything that's an animal biproduct (milk, eggs, cheese, etc.). You can also check out dishes online.
