  • Everyone is different, but if your diet has proven ineffective, then metformin is a good way to go. If you are pregnant, metformin is often basic protocol to control insulin, as it does well to keep sugar levels constant.

  • My adult dd has to take it for PCO but I have it as well and don't take anything so it's true, each person is different
