Considering giving him some stool softener

one of my 18 month old twins has always had problem with constipation. ever since he was very young.
he's been doing better the past few months BUT this past few weeks have been weird. he hasn't pooped a normal size poop in about a week. today he has pooped big poops about 5 or 6 times and its been uncomfortable each time.

are their kids stool softeners?
is there an all natural one?

we've done warm water, syrup from canned fruit... we've done all of that stuff

I just hate to see him struggle so much :c

  • Cut out dairy product if you give the child any give very lil. Dont know if you have tryd prunes they might work but if you dont want try fruit any more, you can give a suppository they can be found at any drug store, WalGreens ect. Or you can just buy MIralax(Bottle) take a bottle or a glass fillit with 8 oz of water and mix in 17grams or one scoope from the lid and mix the drink. BUt only give the child 2 oz morning and night. After 2 days if nothing is changing then give the child 3oz morning and night. Then hopefully the child is flowing normally! My 18 month old DS just went threw this!!
