Try to use this ovulation calendar tool to trace your cycle and find the date of ovulation.

  • The luteal phase is from ovulation to the start of your next period. So you can try counting backwards from the day before the start of your last period to the day you last ovulated in your previous cycle.

  • You have to know when you ovulate, and the only way to know that for sure is to chart. Once you know the date of ovulation, just count the days from then until your period starts (first day being the day after ovulation, last day being the day before your period starts).
