  • My DS loves bacon, or pancakes for breakfast, but that's about all I can get him to eat. He enjoys turkey or mustard sandwiches at lunch time, or chicken nuggets and fries. Again, about all I can get him to eat. And for supper, he might eat spaghetti, more nuggets and fries, or bacon...but he's a picky little boy and I feed him whatever I can get him to eat when I can get him to eat it. He likes fresh fruit for snacks.

  • my kids like salad for lunches and dinner...when we are at the grocery store I let them pick a dressing then we build a salad around it (like aisan seseme goes with mandrin oranges, chicken and chowmein noodles) or we do egg cake (torn up bread and bacon bits with egg and milk combo poured over it then baked at 350 for 45min) or german pancakes for breakfast dinners all the time they also like anything they can help cook like build your own pizza or sloppy joes...I do slow cooker roasts alot too...I don't know what your kid likes but they tend to be willing to eat more things if you can involve them in the selection or prep...good luck

  • My son loves multi-grain Cheerios. He has them almost every morning with a glass of milk. He will also have toast and peanut butter, yogurt, pizza, nuggets, pork chops, bacon, pretzels, just about any chopped fruit, apple sauce. Good luck and I hope this helps.

  • My one year old loves cheerios and chopped bananas.....also he loves muffins. Choc chip or banana or corn, he makes a mess but chows most of it, and it keeps him occupied for about half an hour!! Good luck!! I've been struggling with new ideas myself!

  • Cut up sandwiches (meat & cheese, tuna fish or chicken salad), mac & cheese, diced grilled chicken, hot dogs 1/4 cut into small cubes, grilled tomatoe with cottage cheese, ham & potatoe bake, cubed ham & cheese, speggetti, salad with meat on top like chicken, or tuna, boiled eggs, shredded chicken with a small amount of bbq mixed in it, the same with beef, a cheese roll up (a tortilla with sprinkled cheese on it, baked in the oven till the cheese melts, roll it up and cube into small chunks), Meat ball sandwich, hamburger crubled up, sloppy joes, ravioli, speggetti o's, pizza
For sides I always do a veggi and a fruit: Greenbeans, carrots, corn, peas, cabbage, squash, tomatoes, potatoes, brocolli, califlower, green peppers, cucumbers &Pears, peaches, avacodos, pinapples, grapes (cut up) strawberrys, mellons, oranges, kiwi, papya, mango... The more variety you introduce at a young age the less likely you will have food issus.
