Cut up sandwiches (meat & cheese, tuna fish or chicken salad), mac & cheese, diced grilled chicken, hot dogs 1/4 cut into small cubes, grilled tomatoe with cottage cheese, ham & potatoe bake, cubed ham & cheese, speggetti, salad with meat on top like chicken, or tuna, boiled eggs, shredded chicken with a small amount of bbq mixed in it, the same with beef, a cheese roll up (a tortilla with sprinkled cheese on it, baked in the oven till the cheese melts, roll it up and cube into small chunks), Meat ball sandwich, hamburger crubled up, sloppy joes, ravioli, speggetti o's, pizza
For sides I always do a veggi and a fruit: Greenbeans, carrots, corn, peas, cabbage, squash, tomatoes, potatoes, brocolli, califlower, green peppers, cucumbers &Pears, peaches, avacodos, pinapples, grapes (cut up) strawberrys, mellons, oranges, kiwi, papya, mango... The more variety you introduce at a young age the less likely you will have food issus.
