Do you believe hard work should pay off how do you feel when it does not?

  • I believe it should, but unfortunately, it doesn't always go that way. When it doesn't, I get a bit discouraged, but end up trying harder.

  • I would at least like a thank for when I work hard and when I don't get it I feel like I need to keep trying until I either get that thank you or burn myself out.

  • Then I blame my own negativity.  Hard work ALWAYS pays off even if it's nothing more then the satisfaction of knowing you worked your ass off.

  • Hard work always pays, but it pays differently then working smart. Hard work just gives you a sense of accomplishment. Working smart usually brings more money.
