  • My middle son is prone to headaches and when he gets one I give him children's pain reliever (tylenol, advil, motrin-- whatever brand I have on hand). I also pull the curtains, darken his room and have him rest on his bed in peace and quiet.

  • You can give Tylenol or Motrin. Depending on the weight, you could also give 1 - 200 mg of Ibuprofen.

  • I give jr. strength acetaminophen - Tylenol but generic brand, my 9yo isn't quite old enough for a single regular Tylenol so she gets the jr. dose - it's less mg.
