  • Don't watch stressful movies before bed. Don't eat spicy foods before bed. Try meditating before going to bed. Try some peaceful white noise while sleeping.

  • I had them with all 3 of my pregnancies. They were SCARY! What is even scarier is that they could happen at any time. One of them was like Homeland Security worst case stuff. I refuse to tell anyone that one. I faced each of my dreams. Do you know what my conclusion was? All of my dreams had to do with the fact that I would do anything to protect not only my DH but also my 3 DSs even if it resulted in my death. Remember: they are only dreams.

  • I very seldom dream when I'm not pregnant. When I am pregnant from beginning to end I have flat-out outrageous dreams. Some of them are so weird they leave me feeling very uneasy (like a nightmare), but I don't have many "nightmares" per say. Really tho, I haven't figured out what to do to stop it. Sometimes I can sleep most the night and only have one or two and that's nice. But when I get up to pee 6 times in the night, I have like 6 different dreams. lol

  • I've been having crazy nightmares/dreams for the past weeks of my pregnancy. Nothing I can do to prevent them but they are just weird!

  • I couldn't watch any TV before bed, scary or otherwise. Something to do with over-stimulated brain cells, I'm sure... It wasn't fool-proof, but I noticed a substantial difference.
