What is some ways to get my Omega-3's?

  • You can take an Omega 3 supplement. Don't eat too much fish! Walnuts, flaxseed, soy beans, kidney beans, and winter squash are all good sources.

  • I dont eat any of those things :(~ there grosse. But I go to Walmart and get fish oil capsules. Its like taking a vitamin you cant taste them and you get your Omega-3's. That for me is easier than choking down fish or eggs or flax seed.....

  • Get some flax oil and mix it into smoothies. That's how I give it to my kids.
