What time do you normally go to bed and get up???

  • normally go to bed at 11 and get up at 8 but haven't been able to sleep lately the baby decides that it wants to be awake at night lol

  • I go to bed between 11 and midnight. Up at 7 on school days and about 8 on the weekends..

  • depends on the day
    M-Th I have commitments in the morning so I am asleep 11p-5:30a
    Fri-Sat, where I am on my own clock... 12 or 1a, to about 8:30a 9-ish sometimes longer

  • I go to bed round 9 when i work wake up at 6am when i dont work i go to bed round 11 wake up at 6am

  • I go to bed by midnight and my alarm goes off at 6 a.m. but I snooze about 30 minutes!

  • It depends. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, I try and stay up later. If we have guests over, I'm definitely up later. We usually don't sleep past 7 on weekends though. DD wakes us. On nights I have work the next day (Monday-Thursday), I'm in bed by 10:30, because I have to be up by 5:30 the next morning.

  • I've been going to bed about 11:00 p.m.here lately. I get up at 6:30 a.m. during the week and 8:00 a.m. on weekends.

  • I'm a nurse...so I have no "normal" sleep and waking times. I work odd changing shifts.
