Picky eater

Amanda is a picky eater and we have made the mistake of asking her for what she wants to eat at meals. Any ideas?

  • Stop asking her what she wants, and make what you want to eat. Then don't give her an option of anything but that. I do a 2 bite per year old rule. If you take all those bites, and still don't like it, then you can have either a pb&j, or lunchmeat sandwich. 99% of the time they eat what is on their plates, I hardly ever have to make a sandwich for any of them.
