Does anyone chew on ice? Lately i have been after i drink my beverage i wind up chewing on the ice... :)

  • I love to let it melt in my mouth. But knowing what broken teeth cost there's no ice chewing allowed in this house by ANYONE!!!!!

  • Never chew on ice. It is really bad for your teeth. If you continue chewing on ice you will develop tiny fractures in the enamel. It is even more serious when you are pregnant or breastfeeding as this is the time when your teeth are weakest. Simply add some more water to your glass and swirl it about to quickly chill. Work out why you want to chew something. Are you upset? Bored? Thirsty?

  • I like the small ice from places like Sonic but don't get it often so I don't really chew on ice very much
