  • I used crackers and Gatorade. Peppermints can keep you settled, but they can also cause massive heartburn. I had a serious heartburn problem in both of my pregnancies, so if you have been prone to heartburn, or suddenly get heartburn and are using the peppermints, stop taking them.

A friend of mine swore by Seaband (a device worn on your wrist to stop motionsickness) during her pregnancy. It didn't work for me, but it might be worth a shot.

  • I used those sea bands from walmart. The only times I took them off were to was them or when I took a shower, lol. Also I bought preggy pops you can get those at motherhood maternity, and lemons lots and lots of lemons.

  • Ginger! Ginger ale, ginger snaps, or see if it's okay to take ginger supplements. I suffer from chronic motion sickness issues. Ginger's about the only thing that kills my queasies.
