  • Have your egg fertilized with a sperm with the Y chromosome.

  • You can try Shettle's method to increase your chances, but there is no 100% way to make sure you get a boy.

  • The sperm decides the sex of the child, so it is really up to the father, genetics and predisposition. My cousins had 4 girls, obviously his odds are slim for a boy.

  • The man's sprem decides the sex of the baby. NOTHING you do will change that fact, short of selective invito where you get preggo in a lab dish and they discard the girl baby's and implant only a boy one in you.

  • They say male sperm are faster but die quickly where girls are slower but live to get a boy, the claim is to baby dance as close to ovulation as possible so the girls don't have time to make it and the boys do.

  • Well, they say male sperm swim faster than female sperm, but male sperm die faster. So, to have a boy, make sure you orgasm first, then DH orgasm, b/c there is something in female "cum" that helps the male sperm live longer to make it to the egg. If you do not want a boy, do not orgasm at all, so the male sperm will die faster for the female sperm to out live them to get to the egg. This method worked for me every time I got pregnant.
