What do you plan on doing to lose the baby weight after baby is born?

I plan on just playing just dance and just dance 2 for the wii and dance central for the kinect... i'll have the weight off in no time!!!!

  • Breastfeeding helps alot. I was 160 when i went in to have my son when i left the hospital i was down to 125.

  • WOW!!!! I plan on breastfeeding! I hope i can lose that much weight before I leave the hospital. If thats the case all I will have to do is tone my body back to pre pregnancy mode!

  • i was 160 the day i went into labor. 126 lbs the day i left the hospital, 2 days later. i didn't breastfeed. vinyasa(power) yoga took all the weight off for me. i'm 107 lbs and 8 months postpartum. i did work out a lot while i was pregnant. i also used biggest loser dvds and went to the gym after giving birth, but nothing took the weight off like the yoga did
