2 Bumps

OK I seasoned a pork shoulder last night after defrosting it and i put it in the fridge in the baking pan but didn't get to cook it today will it still be good by tomorrow?

  • I usually give my thawed meat a 48 hour rule, if it's not used in two days, I chuck it.

  • Sure will. I did that. I made sure it was cooked well done. it has been marinating. Drain off any blood after it has cooked a lil added butter, more spice no salt. Made a nice spicy gravy with the pan drippings-on the side plain mash & veggies. yummy.
