  • terribly. I keep an eye on their BMIs at every dr visit, even if it's just getting their ears checked. at 6 yrs old though despite my fears of obesity in the future we've chosen to keep our son on whole milk since he doesn't get a lot of other fat in his diet

I also micro-manage their activity level and tv amounts

  • im concerned about my 4 year old, she is underweight. her weight only makes it into the 3rd percentile, with her height being about 75th percentile. so she is very long and lean. her and my 2 year old can both fit into some 3T clothing. no matter what i do i cannot get this girl to gain weight. she weighs about 32 pounds. :(

  • I'm not. They eat healthy and are very active, and both are a healthy weight. They're both tall. My oldest weighs 65 pounds and will be 9 in June. My youngest is 43-45 pounds and will be 6 in June.

  • I'm not, they are active and I serve healthy meals, they don't eat a lot of junk so I don't really worry at this point (they are 3 and 5)

  • not at all, my son is very active and we take him to the park or outside. He eats pretty healthy ( sometimes we get fast food, I'm not gonna lie) Just even running around in your house is great excercise. peek a boo is my son's favorite

  • I'm a bit concerned. My daughter has been loosing weight lately because she's been so sick, and she's always been on the small side to begin with. I also suspect that my son his on the upper end of the healthy bmi range, which worries me a little. They're about to be sixteen though, so I have to learn to let go a little bit. I just try to make sure they eat well at home and encourage them to make good decisions when they're on their own.
