Give me all of your good dishes!

I am blaming pregnancy hormones for my food questions tonight, lol.  I'm making a grocery list and need some new dishes to make!  I'm not Betty Crocker and I can't cook all that well so type REALLY slow.  ;)

  • Boneless Pork Chops- Spread yellow mustard on both sides of chops, sprinkle with garlic pwdr.. Brown each side in frying pan and place in covered casserole dish, add parsley flakes and chicken broth (enough to cover chops) and bake @ 350 approx 1 hour. You can also put this in a crock pot on low in the morning and dinner is ready when you're ready to eat :)

  • The sauce is the nutmeg, ketchup, mustard & brown sugar you mix in sm. bowl. Take 2 eggs and scramble like you would for scrambled eggs (add to your hamburger recipe raw.) No on cooking the hamburger 1st. Your going to add all of this to your raw hamburger then bake it.

  • What kind of sauce?  Kathy I am so going to raid your recipe box, lol.  Do I cook the ground beef before I mix it in with the eggs?  How do I beat an egg?
