Vitamin E oil can it cause you to have nightmares?

i rub it on my belly sometimes before i go to bed and those nights i have nightmares but if i don't put it on my belly then i don't have any do you think the vitamin E oil can cause them i use my lotion every night so it's not like i really need the vitamin E oil

  • I've never heard of that. I've used vitamin-e oil for years and never had a problem. Interesting though.

  • The only thing that I know of is that if you get too much vitamin E, it can thin your blood. Hmmm... So, maybe if it's thinning your blood that maybe be aggravating your brain some. Maybe don't use it for a while. I only use it for minor scrapes, cuts, blisters, dry skin, etc. I don't put it on large areas of skin.

  • Vitamin E would not cause that. Maybe the rubbing of your stomach may bring up a child hood hurt such as a fall or a stomach ac. Have you ever been punched in the stomach or had stomach surgery? This could trigger a night mare.
