Excersises you can do with out your foot?

I sprained my ankle and now I can run or do the P90X I've been doing. I need to keep moving because I have 3 1/2 weeks to get 4 more lbs off for vacation. Plus I have been toneing up and I don't want to get mush agian,LOL.

Any ideas on what I can do????

  • You can stand in a semi-squat and do punches in the air. You can swim if you have access to a pool, or a hand-pedal bike (my gym has a couple stationary ones). Most upper body exercises you can do without using your legs too much.
