  • You can have yummy healthy food too. Try apples warmed in the microwave with some cinnamon. What I do is use a computer application to count calories so I can have some junk but know what I have to give up to have enough room for it or it helps me take a smaller portion of it.

  • if you crave things like chocolate try drinking chocolate protein shakes or protein/nutrition bars with chocolate instead
