Why do i feel so bad at only 13 weeks?!

hi! im pregnant with my first, and i eat healthy, drink tons of water (2 gal a day!) and sleep fine, but i have horrible fatigue, and lightheadedness, headaches, if not migranes, and no energy at all. idk what to do, i get body aches too, and my back keeps me from doing alot of housework, i cant even let my sweetie put his arm around my shoulder because i always have tightness and tension, i was wondering if this could b a complication, or is my body juss not usedto being pregnant yet?

any answers would be so appreciated!

  • I would address these issues at your next OB appointment. Every woman is different, but I felt like crap through my entire pregnancy. It wasn't fun. Maybe try something to relax yourself. Have your sweetie rub your feet or book a massage. Take a hot bubble bath every couple of days. If housework is hard, ask your sweetie to help a little more. The dishes will still be there an hour later if you need to relax. *mucho hugs*

  • Have you gotten blood work done yet? You could be deficient in something. Otherwise it could just be how you respond to pregnancy--we're all so different! Hope you start feeling better soon!

  • Talk to your doctor about your concerns but everything is probably fine! Every pregnancy is different and everyone has different symptoms. I was EXHAUSTED from about 8 weeks until 14 weeks.
