  • Have you tried Melatonin? You can buy it in stores, it's a natural supplement. It does help with sleeping. I used it for awhile before my doctor prescribed Ambien.

  • I use chamomile tea at bedtime or during the night. Sometimes I simply have warm milk if I don't feel like fixing tea. . Both help me.

  • Melatonin is a life saver! Not addictive, I fall asleep easily and it feels more natural. I wake up feeling refreshed and alert. Plus its only about 6 to 10 dollars a bottle for 2 months worth.
