I can't stand my son today...

Just thought I'd confess. No worries, I love my 1 1/2 year old like crazy and I'm doing a good job of keeping my cool, but he's SOOOOOOOO whiny I might have to go slit my wrists. Just kidding, I'm being totally sarcastic, please tell me someone understands??

  • Yep, I have days like that too. When the kids are on my last nerves I remember what my Grandma would say "This too shall pass" and "tomorrow is another day"..

  • Yes, I understand!!! My kids have been off the wall crazy lately and I'm about to go NUTS!! I just count the hours until bed time and it makes it a little easier. Then I distract myself by playing with the kids, reading a book (if they let me) or popping on a movie at the end of the day for a moment's peace.

  • I fully understand! My son has been in a whiney phase for over a week now! It is literally about to drive me nuts! My son usually goes to my inlaws on friday night and even my MIL said he was driving her crazy with the whining...and she never complains about him so its been bad! I know it will soon pass but goodness seems like it takes forever when they are like this!
