Dinner help!

My SO was supposed to leave me his card today so I could go grocery shopping, but he forgot, so now I'm stuck with chicken breasts, on the bone...but I'll be taking it off the bone, I'm good for sides with the chicken, but I have no idea what to do with the chicken, I don't have any cream type of soups, no cheese, any suggestions?

  • What about oven fried. just dip in egg, then seasoned bread crumbs or flour and seasonings. Or make bbq chicken if you have sauce. You could also coat it in teriyaki sauce.

  • You don't have to take it off the bone. Just dip in butter, or brush with mayonnaise, and sprinkle with Parmesan or breadcrumbs and bake at 350. Delicious. Any chicken baked on the bone will be much more juicy than boneless.
