I fell and now I'm sore...what do I watch for?

I'm 34 weeks pregnant, and I fell off my grandmother's porch this morning. Luckily, I landed on my hands and knees, and not my belly. But the jolt made my ribs hurt really bad, and my whole belly is sore, and kind of pressure-like towards the bottom. The baby got hyper for about 5 minutes right after it happened, but now I don't know if she's asleep, or what... I have an OB appt tomorrow, and I'm getting ready to call to see what to do.
But in the meantime, do you know what i should look out for? Just my water breaking or what??

  • Just call them, I'd watch out for any sharp pains or bleeding too.

  • Don't wait. Call now. What if there is a placental abruption? I have no idea what to look for but the docs do. Go now!
