  • I'm going to my mom's and she is having ham. Other ideas on what to fix instead of ham-- steak (my dad is having that), prime rib (my Uncle's wife always makes that), turkey, roast beef , pork roast, cornish game hens

  • Easter is kind of an all day event at my house. I make most of the food ahead, but the menu makes an easy day for me....and special meals for them.

    Brunch is: baked eggs, roasted asparagus, ham, fresh fruit, muffins

    Dinner is: Ham, rolls, fresh fruit, twice baked potatoes, green salad

    Deserts: Cheesecake, delicate carrot cookies

  • We are having:

    * Ham
    * Pineapple Pasta Salad
    * Potato Salad
    * Fresh Fruit and Vegetables
    * Jello Cupcakes

    May add a few more items. Not sure what, though.
