  • regular

  • It depends on if I am planning on leftovers. If I am making extra I use the regular because I think the wheat gets kind of gummy..I don't like the texture.

  • regular. it doesn't really matter if you eat whole wheat or regular when it comes to pasta. they have the same amount of carbs. regular pasta isn't the same as white bread. it isn't bleached the way white bread is so there is a huge difference between white and wheat bread, but not between regular and whole wheat pasta.

  • I mix it up if DH is eating but if it's just DS and I then all whole wheat. Whole Wheat has more fiber then regular pasta and leaves you feeling fuller for less.

  • protein is a better way to stay fuller longer. like if you made meatballs or sauteed some pieces of chicken and threw them in. the best way for the body to get fiber is through vegetables, not carbohydrates because while the fiber helps you where fiber is supposed to help you, the carbs get converted to sugar and the sugar get's converted to fat cells
