  • Do you want veggies that are LOW in iron because spinach and other dark leafy green are HIGH in iron.

  • If your trying to get your kids more iron and eat veggies.. peanut butter has iron. put it on celery! 2 in 1

  • Spinach, try it in a salad. I sauteed some last night, and Ela gave up dessert rather than eat it.
