Do you look it up first?

If someone offers to sell you something, do you look it up online to see how much it sells for?

  • It depends what it is, but generally yes I do. Nothing worse than getting cheated.

  • No. If its not ridiculously cheap, I won't buy it in the first place. I know what I want to pay for something and will never go over that amount. It'll come along again eventually. =)

  • Ok brypmom had a point.. I did look up the vehicles I was looking at online first.. But generally when buying something from someone and not a dealer/store, I stick with my first answer.
