If you buy them at the grocery store, they are all safe if drunk in moderate quantities (no more than 2 cups per day). Herbs to avoid are valerian root, kava kava root... and some others lol.
Herbs that are good for pregnancy are nettles, red raspberry leaf and alfalfa. Peppermint is also good for morning sickness (again, not a ton).
I wouldn't go making herbal infusions of herbs that you are unfamiliar with, but for the most part, herbal teas are fine :)
