  • My kids are 5 and 8 and they go to bed at 8 pm, summer and non-summer. Kids this age need 11 or more hours of sleep.

  • 8:00 am. lol no pm is a good hour. no matter what. good regime. I was lucky one of my sons just went on his own. to this day if he is tired, he will go to bed on you. It is like his system just shut down and tells him...... sleep. If he is out with friends over friends house etc. driving, around the 8-9 o'clock hour he will stop whatever he is doing. There has been times he will sleep a few hours and get up...or ever see the move with the demon child. Thats my son if he does not get his sleep.[ what was that movie, that little bad doll? umm]

  • My kids are 5-10 and go to bed at 8pm during the school year. In the summer they stay up to 9-10pm depending on their behavior. If they are obviously tired, whiny or throwing fits I reserve the right to send them to bed whenever I want which could be 6 or 7pm in the middle of summer.
This is the first year they've been allowed to stay up until 8pm. Last school year bedtime was 7pm.
