Im pregnant around 1 month

and today i feel like crap i keep feeling nausous and i cant keep anything in my stomach is there anything that would help??

  • anything ginger...ginger ale, ginger snaps, ginger candies, ginger lemon tea(worked great for me, i had it really bad)..ginger settles your stomach

  • i was severly sick the first 2.5 mths.. nthn worked... i could barely keep water down.. til i finally found something that helped me, to hold food down, even if it was something small. i drank lemon or lime water.. once i started drinking that before and after i ate, i didnt get sick..
