  • The one year old I care for eats whole wheat wraps with ham and cheese, warmed up so the cheese melts. Peanut butter sandwiches on whole wheat, grilled cheese, cottage cheese or sharp cheddar and crackers, tomato soup, mac and cheese, scrambled egg or omelette.

  • He eats whatever we're eating. A lot of days for lunch he either has pb&j or "breakfast" (scrambled eggs, french toast, omelettes, etc - he usually has cheerios and yogurt for breakfast because I'm busy getting his 3 older siblings out the door) with some fresh fruit. He loves ravioli, mac n cheese, "salad" (cucumbers and grape tomatoes cut up with some ranch, he's not big on lettuce), any type of bean (green beans, crowder peas, black eyed peas, etc.), and cheese.
