Exercising with a broken ankle :(

I broke my ankle on MArch 6th. Had surgery on March 9th. I am still in the boot and on crutches till at least MAy 26th. I need to exercise. I had practice for three hours three times a week prior to breaking. I want and need to I am going stir crazy. Can anyone give me anything I can do cardio wise? I know things like sit ups and arm lunges? (i'm not sure if thats what they are called) But needless to say my arms are getting quit a workout since I'm only "one legged" Thanks in advance
