Prenatal Vitamins vs. "Aunt Flow"

I've started taking prenatals within the last month. When AF ususally comes, I spot for a few days and then I have bright red blood for about four days. Well, this month I've spotted for three days, was sorta heavy for one day, and then back to spotting for two days, now nothing. Has anyone else found out if Prenatal Viatmins have messed up their flow?

  • i'm usually heavy, I've been on prenatals since January mine has been lighter and shorter than normal but I don't know if a miscarriage has anything to do with that as well.

  • I was just taken by surprise how light I was. I'm normally heavy for about three days.

Another thing, does it matter how light/heavy you are to ovulate healthier/stronger eggs?
