  • Anytime after 6 months when they had the ability to sit unassisted and grab food and put it in their mouth and chew it. Hwich could be 6 months and could be 12 months.

  • Cereal @ 3.5 months to try and help with GERD.


    Baby food @ 8 months - but she went to table foods within a month.


    BF until 1.1 years old.

  • I'll add that had she not had GERD, I would have waited until 6-8 months to introduce solids.

  • 7 months she was on table food within a month! i breast feed for 14months!

  • 6 months per the AAP and WHO..I started at 6 months with whole food, no purees no jars
