1 Bump

PLease put htese veggies in my frying pan in order to be all done at once.

I am sauteing for stir fry. what order do I put these veggies in the pan?

broccoli (fresh)
Carrot(fresh in sticks)
Celery)fresh in small peices 1 cm thick)
green beans(frozen thawed)
Onion (1 cm thick half rings)
yellow squash (1/2 circles 2 cm thick)

  • Onions and celery first because they are aromatics. Then Carrots, squash,greenbeans, and broccoli.

  • carrots, squash, brocolli, green beans, celery and onions. the harder veggies first so they can be al dente when you eat them.
