  • lol I would have thrown a shoe at SO if he responded that way haha okay maybe not but then I might depending on my mood!

Yes we have fend for oneselt nights b/c we have leftovers however, having leftovers is usually rare since I make just enough food for that meal. I also recreate leftovers into a new meal since if we do have them there isnt enough for us to eat again on haha

  • I have nights where I get KFC or something, or make leftovers. I work until 3am and don't usually get to sleep until 4am so when I work a long week I just don't have the energy

  • Yes we do, on the rare occasion that we have leftovers. Or sandwiches for everyone!

  • Yes! My husband came from a home where dinner was served every single night without fail... but I am not his mama and I get tired of cooking sometimes. So hes become a very good forager. He knows that hes on his own if he asks whats for dinner and i say "every man for himself". lol. Last time he had: a roast beef sandwich, chocolate cheerios and sopa de salchichon.

  • Oooh I wish we had those nights at my house! DD is 3 so she is too young to fend for herself. DH, God love the man, can't figure out how to operate the microwave so he is essentially useless when it comes to reheating his own food. It's funny. I'm leaving him tomorrow for the next 6 months to a year. He's gonna starve.:)

  • We can't do a "fend for yourself" because the kids aren't old enough ;) but we do leftover nights - everything gets set out and DH and I make their plates for them.
