I had one of those cramps in my calf this morning that had me in the fetal position crying out in pain. It was HORRIBLE. Anyway, what is the best way to get that muscle to RELAX? It's been over 15 hours and it's still very tight.
Fearing a relapse in the screaming fetal position tomorrow morning...
