  • My library keeps a big tub of coupons out from all their weekend papers, and users are free to snip and take all that they will use. It is free and wonderful! If yours doesn't do that, ask if they would start! It isn't like it takes much more time for them to stick them in a tub on a table than it is for them to stick them in the garbage.

  • Instead of your local newspaper, you want the largest circulation paper in your area. It may not even be in your state - Chicago, Atlanta, Detroit, St. Louis. Wherever you live, find the paper that has coupons from the largest city, then talk to your local library or any area doctor's offices/lawyers/etc that have subscriptions - see if they're willing to save the Sunday inserts for you.
