  • sausage & peppers go a long way-- Get celentano's frozen stuffed shells in the supermarket (large family tray)-- whip up a salad with everything in it: lettuce, green beans (canned) tomato, corn, chic peas, slice red onions, croutons, olives & top with bacon bits-- some dinner rollsyou can make your own meatballs and or as an extra hamburgers, hotdogs get yourself 2 boxes of suddenly salads by betty crocker or store made potato salads-- some dips & don't forget the chips-- a box of hors d'oeuvres and viola!! Good luck & have fun~

  • Is there family you could ask to bring something? My twin brother's graduated this year and asked my mother to make tacos. She bought the meat, had someone else bring toppings, I brought spanish rice, had someone else bring beans and etc. At least in my family, people don't mind helping out because it is such a big project.

  • Hamburgers... have a BBQ! It's summertime & EVERYONE loves summer food! You can make/buy pasta salad, baked beans, get fresh fruit, etc. Yum!!!

  • Baked potatoes are kind of cheap, have toppings out.
Bottled water is healthy and inexpensive. Have a maekr (not one that smells strong) handy for writing everyone's names on their water or even go a step further and make graduation style tage to tie on the waters and label.
Punch is inexpensive and looks nice. 1 bottle 7up or sprite with 1 box each lime and orange sherbert. Mix and serve!
    crockpot beans or mixed veggies
