  • We're slowly getting into it. Last year we did a bunch of green beans. I also froze corn, jam, & spaghetti sauce. This year I'm hoping to can more green beans, and also some carrots, and maybe try potatoes. Our garden isn't big enough that we can grow an entire year's worth of every veggie, but by slowly increasing & looking at moving we're hoping to be self-sufficient as far as veggies go within 10 years.
