Sleep much?

How many hours a night do you get to sleep? 5-7 hours for me. It's NOT enough!

  • I toss and turn all night. Unless I take little helpers I get about 2-4 hours of constant interrupted sleep.

  • Usually 8. I'm an early to bed, early to rise person. My mind use to race and keep me awake, but taking a little 5HTP (from the Health Food Store) with dinner took care of that. :-)

  • Well, im on bed rest so i pretty much "rest" most of the day... but as far as sleep goes, 3-4hrs really. I suppose it just because my body doesnt need it, but even before or after i still fell i dont need it anyway, just makes me more tired or restless :-\

  • I have untreated sleep apnea and never sleep more then 30 minutes before my sleep is interrupted, I fall back to sleep and 30 minutes later I'm awake again, this goes on for 6 to 10 hours depending on how early i have to wake up
