Could you perform CPR if you needed to?

The Red Cross has put an instructional video up on You Tube:

It's been years since I had a CPR class, so this is a helpful refresher for me. A rep from the Red Cross said on the Today show this morning, that even if you're not certified, knowing how to do the basics can save a life.

  • i have to get certified every 2 years for work, i work in a hospital. I have been involved in a couple of codes, however the nurses preform the chest pumps and i am getting all the other equipment and whatnot. But i could do it if need be!

  • I was certified in infant CPR when my daughter was born premature but that was 4 years ago and I don't think infant CPR is still going to do the trick lol

  • Yes I could, working in a daycare had a few perks.... One being mandatory CPR and first aid training. :)
