What can i do with fresh precut mushrooms?

how can i make a recipe out of it ? maybe some soups ideas? anything that you would recommend

  • Stir Fry... Diced chicken breasts, green bell pepper, a package of frozen broccoli, (boiled,) onion and your mushrooms. I cook the chicken in one pan and the vegetables in another and then mix after all the vegetable are good and soft. Then serve over white rice with soy sauce.... its SO good and its pretty healthy too.

  • Sauteed with onions and tossed over spaghetti! In a salad! With steak tips and gravy! Str fry was a fabulous idea as well!!

  • Great in stroganoff. I saute them with garlic in butter, then add cooked beef strips, ground beef, or cooked chicken shredded or in chunks, add some sour cream (if you're using beef add a little beef drippings or broth) and sometimes I'll add cream of mushroom soup as well. Serve over rice or noodles.

  • i use them in everything...

    I put them in my pasta sauce, stroganoff, salads, pizza, we saute them & put them on our burgers...they maker a great topping for most meats when sauteed in a little white wine & butter.

  • you can always sautee them & put them over spinach, steaks, salads, baked potatoes, or add them to lasagna, spaghetti, or a casserole
